Any news on either of these counties opening up any time soon??

Got an update yesterday. LCFR is *hoping* to open up in September for a spring Recruit Class.

Do they do combined classes (EMT-B's and Medics)? Thanks for any info.

If you have your medic, you still have to sit through the EMT-B class. Then you can challenge your ALS cert.

If they start the application process in September, then I'd assume the written would be in October or November,followed by a polygraph, medical and then interviews.
