Well i cant answer your poll because we use 4 of the ones listed, II's,III's,IV's and some have text message phone pagers.

Yeah why dont you pick the option for the poll set up so that we can pick more than one. My company uses II's and III's.

In answer to the manuals...unless your programming it, and if you are, I certainly wouldnt be the one letting you do mine with a manual....but unless your programming it...

the dial without the letters...turn it to the right to turn it on and turn it up (louder), to the left to turn it down, and when it clicks its off

The dial with the letters, Whatever it is your dept told you each letter is for...mine personally, A-Tone Alert, B-Vibrate Alert, C-Open, D-Unused/Open.

The button on the side..clear a pager that has alerted, and open squelch the alert channel

Batteries goin in the bottom, and the big clip on the back...that is an ingenious invention to clip it to a belt, or pocket, bunker gear suspenders, and I have even seen it used on visors.

                Speaker is in front...

Warnings- dont put in microwave, dont submerge in water, dont throw it at animals, children, or girlfriends....

No more manual needed than that

Officers have III's with stored voice.

                    Firefighters have IV's.

I wanted to answer, But I did not see a choice for a Minitor V with voice record. We still have some III's (Phasing out). Gradualy switching to all V's with record.
