    Just FYI

    This past meeting us Cadets had, I was put in the position as "Chief Cadet."

    I know know I have alot of responsibilites around my waist, Im ready for them.

          congats being cheif of the explorers it isn't that hard after you get a understanding of what needs to be done and what doesn't need to be done. Also be good to those that you are commanding they will be good to you.

                Congratulations! Let the headaches begin! Ok not really, but it all really depends.

                Heres some pointers:
                Respect is not a gift. Respect is earned. - self explanatory
                Your not a director, your a leader.

                And I did learn these through well my own mistakes and misfortune. Just stress unity and working together and you should be ok.

                And dont be a flop, be strong. Make your decision and stick by it, ready to defend it.
