Our roster shows about 45 members our on our department, and I would say that about 35 are active. We have 4 Cadets now, the other day it was 3!

You gain strength, courage, and confidence by every experience in which you really stop to look fear in the face. You must do the thing which you think you cannot do. -Eleanor Roosevelt
I'm thinking about 40-50 members. 30 are active. 17 are juniors.

"Going far beyond the call of duty, doing more than others expect, this is what excellence is all about. And it comes from striving, maintaining the highest standards, looking after the smallest detail, and going the extra mile. Excellence means doing your best every day, in everything."
My department has about 40 memebers. Of that there are 3 Juniors. In the next two months it will go down to only being one. Me and another Junior have been thinking we need to try to recruit more juniors.
