Morale research
Brothers,
I am doing a research paper for a class at the University of Richmond. The title of it is The Cause and Affects of Morale in the Fire/Emergency Service. The purpose is to find what is causing bad morale and be able to make some recommendations on how to improve it.
I need some help though. I have posted an Online Anonymous Survey. It takes about 10 minutes to do and is a major part of the data collection for my paper. Due to the naure of this research I need participation from paid depatments only. I want to collect a wide range of departments and I knew a lot of people read this forum (as I do). So if you have time could you please take the survey for me. It is completely voluntary. Your help is greatly appreciated.
