I've started my search for an EMT-B course that fits my schedule (which is already full), and I came upon this hybrid course. http://percomonline.com/
First, I'm looking for something that will provide me with my EMT card, but also fits my schedule. Second, I'd like to have it done before I leave for college in August. Third, I need reciprocity between Texas (Where the course is located), Iowa (My home), and Oklahoma (Where I'm going to college and working). The website states the course is NREMT and certifiable in the state of Texas. From what I find online, it looks like it will transfer into Iowa and Oklahoma no problem. Maybe someone can clarify better for me before I get really serious about it. I've seen too many scams on the Internet before, and just want to make sure everything is in line and straight before I go sending a check off somewhere.
Also, I'm running with our ambulance service now to get some experience, so I'm not too worried about not learning the practicals well because we have 2 instructors on staff.
