Hi all, I was wondering if anyone has been through a LT promotional process that has used a IPMA-HR testing system? Most interested in hearing about the assessment center and the oral board. Thanks in advance!!

I have not, but I beleive my cousin in CA had to go through one of those. As i recall he said it was a giant pain. Good luck.
