Because of religion confliction,the people in western asian countries are unfriendly to you Americans,the details are shown on www.liveleak.com.I suggest you should pay more attention to Chinese Fire Service.In ChongQing(A city in China mainland),there are now carrying a plan to build a firefighting school.The french FFD said they would support this school in order to seize the huge commercial chance.Now,the equipments of firemen in this city are almost coming from France.According to my experience,when the school established,it would need more and more teachers with experience from other countries.By the by,more and more countries's FFD are now contacting to China to grab more chances.See more here:http://www.119.cn/ywxf/txt/2006-05/1...ent_117669.htm

CSA.com there out of kuwait, right now there 1 on 2 off. more info at the website.Talk to a guy that used to work there, for 2 years and he brought home between 70-75k including bonuses.

Vinnell.com is out of saudi arabia- according to the pay break down I recieved you get payed little more than WSI plus they dont report to the IRS because theere company is based in Saudi Arabia. So you keep everything you make for a firefighter after everything including bonuses it was just over $105,000.

WSIhq.com also on the firehouse job page. 90k in Iraq, no bonuses.

Kbrjobs.com have firefighters in iraq,afgan and couple other areas. Pay is same as WSI and not sure about bonuses.

There are others, Raytheon in antartica and antigua. There are contracts in marshall islands,bahamas,ecuador all over the place.

i am looking to get as much info about these jobs as i can, need some help finding info on wsi and the other companies. if anyone has websites i would appreciate. also is there a age limit on the contracts? i am probibaly getting a divorce soon and i am looking to get away for a while. i was a car. firefighter for 7 years have several ifsac certs. i am only 32. what do you think the chances are for a guy needing some time away from everything?
