Wsi Packing List
OK, for some reason as many people as we have all told that that list should be thrown they still use it!!
DONT bring any uniform stuff, you get plenty of it in houston and when you get into baghdad you can get more if you need. Bring travel size tioletries, you can buy the bigger stuff when you get to your station. Besides the civilain clothes you wear into houston, I would bring couple more tshirts, some socks and briefs. Again, bring small amount you can buy more at your station. Now I would recommend wet weather jacket for rainy season. They do give you a HEAVY weather jacket thats works ok. If there is stuff you want to bring just have it all packaged up back home and when you get to your station have someone back home send it to you. 7days seems to be the rate at recieving mail from the states. Bring one pair tennis shoes for gym and competitive sports(oh ya no playing catch anymore

PLEASE pass this on to anyone coming into country, it begins before you even get into houston about us firefighters lhave to look out for each other.
