skilled trades jobs in Iraq:where to look?

Hey guys, my dad is looking for info on where to apply for a job overseas. He is a 30 year master mason (brick layer, block, stone, etc.) He also has a military welding deploma. I've heard the jobs are out there and pay big $ but I just can't find anything. Can anyone lead me in the right direction?

I'm no fan of KBR at all. They treat their employees like a bunch of five year olds. It is good money from what I've heard. I believe they average around 90k for most positions.
