Wow! New Contract for Orange County??

After years of battling the County, it looks like NOW we are getting a good contract. Was this some kind of strategy to wait until after Amendment One passed? We have been at an impasse for over two years and now they decide to draw up a decent contract. Maybe they were concerned with the paper trail that we (L2057) were collecting...hmmmm. Anyway, I won't believe it until it is on my paycheck but this is encouraging news in times of drastic cutbacks.
