I am currently in my last semester seeking my Associates degree in Fire Science in Montana. I have my emt-b and am currently pursuing endorsements for my liscense. I finished last semester with an Internship with the local Department (paid) and recieved nothing but great reviews from each company officer that I worked with.
My question is for those of you currently on departments how much do you think this will help come time for applications? Will they look at mine more seriously?
I would love nothing more than to work for this department being that it is in my home town and i got along great with all of the members and administration.
Any input would be great!
