I am currently going to a college based fire academy. I was wondering if any knew of a place I could find the definitions to firefighter terminology.

you might try some of the firefighter exam prep books out there. Often times there are some good vocab sections in them.

A firefighter is trained and equipped for firefighting - extinguishing fires and heat-emitting chemical incidents.
A definition is a statement of the meaning of a word or phrase

That said; I'm sure there are some instructors at this "college based fire academy" you could ask too.:D

What kind of terminology are you talking about man? Slang terms that we use around the fire house(lid, pin job, the box) or actual terms(flashover,GPM,flat load, etc.)

Should be able to Google those answers or there should be a Glossary someplace online.
