Building Colapse Search Training

I have beend searching for this type of training for awhile but was reinforced last night after the tornados. My area was not affected by the storms luckily. I am wanting basic SAR in relation to collapsed buildings and wind / Storm damaged areas. I know we can't go full USAR due to Cost and equiptment requirements but want something to help till other resources arrive.

Well can they have one here up in the northern part of the state. I spent a couple hours searching homes after the tornado's hit Mountain View. Not fun when your in the dark.

Closest I found is ROCO rescue in LA. They have a Structural Collapes class, 40hrs for $1100. I wish AFA would start teaching this...
