We do pretty well. We just signed a new contract. The numbers on the posting are the old numbers I think, I would have to check. If they are the old numbers, add 3 1/2% for base, then another 4% for medic. If nothing else, at least at the 4% for medic. They may have used the new numbers.

Yeah, I wasn't being serious. Don't think we've ever officially met, but I worked part-time at TFD for a short period of time before I took a career job im MD. I definitely miss OH. You guys have a fine department over there and I'm curious to see if and when you put on some full-timers.

TFD has full timers and part timers. Has had the full timers for quite some time now, I think.

Looks like the test is going to be April 24. Will be hiring 3 with a June or July start date. Only bonus points will be 5% for military. Must be a medic and 240 FF to take the test. The previous information is not set in stone so if you are interested watch the newspaper for the posting. This will bring us to 14 full time and 50 some part time (7 total per shift).
