Hi everyone, i wondered, i am taking the CPAT next week. Does anyone know how many sit ups i have to do in the 60 sec to get a passing grade. Age group 35-40. Thank you. i want to make sure i can do it, it seems to be my one stumbling block

No sit ups for the CPAT. If you google CPAT they will show every event and they cover everything in great detail plus where ever you are taking it they usually have practice runs for you to take part in. Good luck.

I think its like 400 or 500 sit ups in 3 minutes.

Just kidding....no push ups. I passed the CPAT with the flu. Piece of cake!

That's funny, plus you have to do them while balancing a Mack truck on your head and it CANNOT MOVE!!!!

Bou, be honest. You failed the CPAT.

It required riding in an American LaFrance for 30 seconds to test your ability to function in a rolling environment and Bou stomped off saying to hell with it.
