Volunteer Lights and Sirens

Can anybody tell me what the laws are in wyoming regarding volunteer lights and sirens?

I think it is per department. I know that in Rawlins we could have lights and siren once you became a firefighter one and your vehicle was approved. Check with your local department and see.
