How Do I Lace My Boots???

I have these boots, the first boot at the top of the page:

The boots came with four separate laces and I need to figure out the correct way to lace up.

I like how they look in the picture, but if that is not the right way then that is okay. Let me know as soon as possible your suggestions.

Any advice you can give would be great.

Just lace them the same way you would a shoe, but by using the both the laces at once. And it obviously goes under the zipper.

If you do that, the zipper becomes useless.


Lace one side of the zipper to one side of the boot, then do the same on the other side. You can start at either the top, or the bottom, but I laced mine from the top down because it was much easier to tuck in the final knot at the bottom of the boot tongue.
