I need some feedback (best practices) regarding the overtime compensation and the 56 hour firefighter and the 14 day pay cycle.
Example: A firefighter that works 24 hours of overtime and takes a sick leave day in the same pay-period: Should the firefighter get compensated at stright-time or time and one-half?
