i heard youll get a response the end of dec, and test is the end of jan.

You can probably hold off on the plane ticket. We just got a new Fire Chief and the City came out last week saying we are in a budget crunch now. We have an academy going on right now. So will have to see what the city will let the new Chief do after this academy gets out.
