I have fire fighter assigned to my engine who is over weight. He can barely preform his job. Does just enough to get by. I feel this is a safety issue for me, my crew and fire dept. Have brought this to safety commity, and administration with no help. Attitude is don't create waves. Is there any NFPA, OSHA standard, or set presidence been set in the USA.
