One who posts only when she thinks that she has something worthwhile to add to the discussion, and one who does her homework on the issues BEFORE posting, she has avoided much of the BS arguing that has been going on around here lately. Side note...When Firehouse.com was first launced Christmas Day 1998 and I joined, I didn't think far ahead enough to create a "name" and used Diane and then when they needed to add a 6th character a few years later, I added the C. (the first letter to my last name). Soooo...I don't get caught up in the arguing because of places I've worked that were tied to the fire service (including working on Capitol Hill for almost all of the 109th Congress) ;), associations I belong too, and people in "high places" that I've met. Believe me, there are times when I start an answer and just back away. :D
