Down loading a Image

For all you computer literate people, Which I am not. Can anyone give the directions on how to import a image into a Thread? Maybe my lack of computer skills goes deeper than I thought...

Take the Url (the WWW. address) and put these around it

then the WWW and bam there is your image !

or if the file is not online and on your computer

click on the manage attachments tab below the post box when adding a post.

click on browse and goto the pic file and upload it.
