Nick,

Do you know if this is when the family is requesting that all firefighters do their walk through or just mfd? Myself and another firefighter would like to go to his visitation but we want to make sure we are going when the family is asking.

One of the posts was asking about if the walk through thursday night is for just MFD or any firefighters. I am on MFD, It is open to any Firefigters or EMS personel who wish to attend, they ask that you wear your dress uniform(whatever that consists of as it's different with all departments) and be there around 6:30 pm behind merrit funeral home. I'm sure the family and department with appreciate any and all who attend. Any questions contact Mendota Fire Department (815)539-3434.
