Anybody work/applied for Chattanooga?

I got my letter today to take the written test on 11/28, which is the Wednesday after Thanksgiving.


Am I alone with this one, or is there anyone else out there trying Chatt too?

I took and passed the written on Oct. 12. I'll probably want to take it again because my score wasn't great. It's a pretty bizarre test though. Not like the normal FD aptitude test.

Still waiting for them to schedule a physical test.

I took it yesterday...that was kinda odd. Only took me 30min...took me longer to drive down there than it took to take the damn test.

How do they score it, i.e. scale?

what does the test consist of? anyone no there pay scale?

The written is based off a test book they send you in the mail. They tell you "It doesn't matter if the info in the book is up to date or not. You are tested on the material IN the book." That means it's basically a reading comprehension test and not a fire knowledge test. (I found that out the hard way):confused:

I took the written about a year ago, and it was weird. I had the physical in Feb of last year, then an interview in Sept. So far I haven't heard anything since then....

What does the agility consist of?
