CANCEL 2002 Edition PACKS!!!

Hey all. I submitted our reimbursement request for 2002 compliant packs. I am being told that if the delivery date was not before September 1st, then DHS will not release funds for payment.

If your PO was cut before aug 31 2007 then you're ok. Delivery is another thing. At least thats what I have heard.

As soon as I found this information out, I contacted Kurt and Brian to let them know what I was being told. Kurt was in the middle of a seminar, but Brian was able to make a few calls and is being told that the individual handling my request must have misunderstood what was being pushed by DHS. What you are saying is correct as far as I know.

EMAIL from DHS just now clarifies the situation. As of Sept 1 all packs have to be 2007 compliant. They are adjusting award amounts to $5000 for a pack and spare bottle.

Their email arrived and I jumped from my seat thinking it was my 2007 award announcement. NOT. Back to waiting.
