A question in the safer application . . .
Given the number of structure fires indicated in the "Call Volume" screen of your application , how many times did you assemble the minimum number of firefighting personnel at the scene in compliance with either NFPA 1710?
In this question do we add up all 3 years of structure fire data and use that number? Or do we only use the number of structure fires for 2006? The previous safer aps only had you input an "average" of call volume data, now this year you have to enter 3 years worth.
