I was just wondering if anyone has heard from any departments after taking the CPAT.

Give Bates a call and they can tell you your ranking. Marilee is very helpful and tells you everything you want to know.

So I got the email back and Marilee said that it is now up to the departments on whether they will contact me or not. How long should I wait for a letter/email/call before I make contact with them myself?

Bates sends the list to the departments, and it is up to them when and if they pull from the list. Whatever you do, don't contact them. The only scenario I could see it being okay to contact the department is if you know for sure they have made calls to someone further down the list than you. Otherwise it is just a (patient) waiting game.
