Was just wondering if anyone has any advice before I make changes. Our Chief retired and today is his last day. I need to update the user profile and change the password for our grant. Any suggestions or recommendations before I do this? Is there any need to contact the Help Desk to advise of the changes?

The same happened to me in 05 our chief passed away and I was put in charge of the '05 award for air packs. I contacted help desk and they told me what I need to do. If Im not mistaken I had to write a letter explaining the change.

If I am not mistaken the chief can go in and grant access to someone under his profile. There is a grant/revoke area.
