Need some help from the old school industrial guys

Ok yall we just got a small in plant type truck in for use at one of our buildings (Our first we have all full size trucks). We know nothing about it, it is old and came from another plant that is closing. We think it came from Taskmaster out of Dundee IL possibly a model of TM 265. They are closed now so we are kinda SOL in info.
