I was needing help I am very new to this and was needing to know what the 1199 is and what the ten questions are about. help!!!

The 1199A form is the banking information needed by the feds to send requested funds via direct deposit to the department/city/town accounts.

The 10 q's (actually more now) ask the potential recipient about the potential grant that they may be awarded. Basically, Do you want the grant?
How is the department paying for its share of the grant? Any changes to DUNN or EIN? Are you willing to take a reduction in the grant? etc. Very basic questions to answer.
