Medic looking for decent FD

Hey, I'm a paramedic in the Baltimore area, and I'm looking to relocate to a good fire department that also handles EMS transports. I tend to like working in departments where as a paramedic, you have the option of riding fire/rescue pieces or the ambo. What states, cities, counties, regions are goot places to look? thanks.

What's wrong with Montgomery County? It's close. We're hiring like crazy. Excellent benifits and pay. And with a little bit of time on, you'll have the engine/medic unit option.

There are a ton of departments in Virginia that are constantly hiring. The northeren VA area tends to have the better pay and its close to MD. Check out this link for jobs in VA.

Sure, I'll apply to Mont. county. I'm also applying to Howard. Just wondering what's out there, outside of my state.
I would prefer to live in an are that's a little more affordable though.
