new jersey emt-b

hello. im looking for contact information for the emt-b classes for atlantic county new jersey if anyone has the information. also i have herd that fire chief's can sign off on the reimbersment form. meaning i dont have to join a squad to get the cert. is this true? and if so ware do i get the proper forms??
