EMT- Basic Training ?

ok SO i live in NC and i feel Absolutely USELESS on my FD right now since im not qualified yet to do interior and was wondering if there is any fast BUT good way to get my EMT-Basic certification ?

Don't know what you mean by FAST, but check with your local community college. They frequently offer EMT-Basic classes. Our classes last about 5 months ( 2 nights a week and 1 Sat a month). If you are a member of a fire dept, most community college waive the tuition fee and all you have to pay for is the textbooks.

There maybe some classes that run 5 days a week from like 8-5. It is pretty fast but very intense, you are learning alot very quickly. These are usually reserved for fire fighter rookie schools.
