I'm a Senior in High School in Missouri. I am considering going to Colorado State University next year (probably a 4 year degree). Are there any good paramedic schools in the Ft. Collins area or nearby?

Thanks!

Hey Mikie,
Coming out to Colorado to continue your higher education would be a great idea, and if you decide to go to CSU you will absoulutely love it. I went there and had a great time, the city of Fort Collins is a blast. Anyways, about medic school unfortunatley if you want to go to medic school the program I would recommend to go to is Saint Anthony's hospital which is located in denver, they have a fast track program that allows you to get your paramedic certificate in six months. The problem is you need a fire or ems agency to sponser you to attend the program. I believe there website is sahems.org or just search Saint Anthony's hospital on the internet. There might be a paramedic program through Front Range Community College, which has a local branch in Fort Collins. Just some ideas to look at. The best of luck to you and GO RAMS!!!!
