I make one resolution every year and i"ve yet to keep it. Im sure we are all guilty of doing this occassionaly around the station. No its not wanking for heavens sake! I'ts slagging fellow dept. members behind their back. It may be over something like abusing the sick plan or showing up late. Whatever the case, its always better to take up your gripe with the offending member, then sling mud when they're not around . Try it and good luck!

That's mine too:I resolve never to make another resolution.Wish I could keep it,too.
BTW,this was overheard yesterday,1 Jan 2007 as we feasted on blackeyed peas, collard greens and mashed potatoes:
"I know what you're thinking.Did he get 6 spoonfuls or did he only get 5?Well,seeing as how these are blackeyed peas, the luckiest member of the legume family and will empty Publisher's Clearinghouse's coffers clean out, you've got to ask yourself one question:Do ya feel lucky, punk?Well?Do ya?"

Get my job back with a paid dept.
Don't let the "little things" get to me.
Keep having a positive attitude in life--even when things don't work out like I want them too.

Happy New Year Everyone--Stay Safe

I am not one for keeping resolutions, although last year I did pretty well....with a little motivation/help from friends. This year's resolution...dont let the little stuff get to me.... (I have a tendency to do that....but when I do, I let the other people win.....)

My wife is expecting. So, my main resolution is to be the best dad I can be. Also, I resolve to be strong enough not to embarace myself at the KC Scottish Highland Games in June. (I'm working hard on that one)

Tom, I'm afraid this thread is destined to end soon. It's happening as well to that same bro, wishing everyone a merry christmas.
