Honor / Color Guard Info

I am looking for good information on forming an Honor Guard or Color Gurad and the various differences in the two. I would like info on where your guard got started, what training, costs involved and any other relavent info. Would also love to visit a department's Guard training session if allowed. looking to for a county wide Gurad for funerals and other occasions.

Pine Bluff Fire Dept. has a Honor Guard, Also I think Bryant and Hot Springs has one too.
