I have recieved a reference award number on the 1199 page of my 2003 grant the new number says 2006. What does that mean?

Excellent chance (98%). You don't recieve a reference to the 1199A, if you are not getting an award. Next step wait for the 10 q's.

Everything is moving slowly. You could see the 10 q's 1 day to about 3 weeks after the 1199A reference.

You will find that the first 8 q's will be the same whether its for vehicles, safety & ops or station modifications. Additional q's will be asked for vehicles & station modifications that pertain to those areas.

The q's are sent and reviewed before formal award announcements.
