Hello, I'm new to the site but surely not to EMS. I started out in the Air Force as a Medic in '83 then to LA City Fire for a couple years then into the private sector in the San Bernardino/Riverside Area. I am now in Fort Dodge, Iowa and working PRN only for our local Hospital based Paramedic Service. My primary job is outside of EMS in the Chemical Business where I am an Operations Supervisor at an Anhydrous Ammonia/UAN plant. I am the leader of the Haz Mat teams as well as the Confined Space Rescue Team, so my 23+ years in EMS are definately helping me here too.
