starting out in the medical field have been fire fighter for a few years really love the fields. Thinking of going to a R.N. in the medical field though, but really love the fire side also. Just to much passion to really want to stay in just one field, just how much could one handle at a time.

You can only handle as much as you or your family can handle.. If it starts to interfere with your health or family life (married with or without children or divorced with children) - where you are never home or spending time with them then it's time to give something up - but being a full time nurse and a volunteer fire fighter is something all lot of people do... ONly you can realize your limits and when something is too much.,..

Thanks, right now it's variely easy only have to worry about full time job and wife. Still taking classes to keep going until on full with fire. I guess even then will still get medical in. Only would like to go as far as possiable to help.
