Hello ya'll, I just wanted to say hello from Iraq. I am EMT-B, combat medic, in the military. I will be returning home to NC shortly and then enrolling in the paramedic program at my community college. Ya'll have a good day!!

Welcome to the forums, I am sure that you will be entertained and might even learn some stuff to. It is real funny to see the different systems, styles and personalities that are on here.
When are you do to come back to the states? Are you part of the groups that got involuntarily extended? I was there during the first war and I know it sucks and I know the agony of waiting to go home. Take care and stay safe.

Nope, I wasnt involuntarily extended. I am due to leave in like 8 days. It has been a a long year. I am actually stationed in ft. lewis, washington and I will be there for about a month and then I am out of the army. I cant wait to get back to NC. I hope to learn some things off this forum. I know that it will be a little different working as an EMT in the civilian world than in the army. Well I hope you have a good day!!!
