hi all, so i am 17, going on 18 in march, a senior in high school in St. Louis (the county).

i am on the Monarch FPD explorer post for about a year, have taken CPR and first aid courses, CERT...and i need more

really, i would like to have my EMT-B, but i couldn't signup for the course, so i might try for the spring...

but my question: does anyone have any advice on what more i can do in the St. Louis/surriouding areas, i.e. first responder course, BTLS...anything would be great!

Why cant you sign up for a EMT class? I went to EMT school at night when I was a senior. TRY IHM at Abbott ambulance if you cant get in a class at St. Louis Community College

on a semi-related note: Where is the st. louis fire academy located?

St Louis City academy is at Jefferson & Cass---North St. Louis
St Louis County Academy is in Wellston
