Can any member translate exactly what he is saying?
Secondly-I assume this is Italy--according to the road rules do they give way to the right? Better yet,in your opinion, who is at fault--he certainly appeared to be moving rapidly,for crossing what seems to be, a main road.

I think he is telling her that she has wonderful eyes and is complimenting her on her driving skills and quick reaction. :)
