I am posting this for pfd109nfd107....... For some reason he is unable to post a new thread in the forums and is awaiting help from the WT........

The City of Perrysburg is looking at building a new fire station. Construction is tentatively scheduled to begin in 2008. The committee is looking to take a few road trips to check out new stations in the area. If you know of any stations built in the last five years in Ohio, Indiana or Michigan post them here. Thanks!!

Howdy, Lakes for the Four Seasons Fire Force completed a station in 2005. It is an all volunteer station for now but was constructed with expansion in mind for living quarters to be added later. Go to www.lofsfire.com to see pics. Very nice station with lots of bay space, a large meeting room, a small conference room and chief's office. Let me know if you need more info. FYI-LOFS FD straddles Lake and Porter Counties in Northwest Indiana. Happy hunting!!!

We built a new firehouse in Franklin Twp (Marion County) in 2001. We will also be breaking ground on another new one next spring. If you are ever in Indy drop me an email and let me know if you want to check it out. bmacleod@franklintwpfire.org

Noblesville (north suburb of Indy in Hamilton county) has 2 stations built in '05 that I would be happy to show you if you are in the Indy area some time. Also, Fishers, just to the south, has 1 new station in the past 5 years. Drop me a PM if you are interested in seeing them.

You don't have as many wrinkles under your eyes either, be careful I believe that the number of wrinkles under the eyes can be of direct proportion to the number of bugles on your collar. Wayne you know that I feel that a fire captain is one of the most important leadership positions in the fire service, take care of your crew always first and foremost. That being said let's get together with Mark soon and celibrate those bugles appropriatly.
