Mentoring program

recently our department started a mentoring program for new recuits coming on the deparment. It is set up to provide bettter on the job training and the learning of skills.

does anyone have a simular program and be willing to share some information?

we have kept things at a basic level to make them better prepared for the fire academy but i am looking for information and mayby some things for benchmarking
