Almost lived there, but I wound up in Washington instead. Drove through Clay every morning on my way to the Fort. Always drove through about the same time the cream cheese rolls were still warm out of the oven.

I worked there for a short time when I was at Fort Riley. Loved the place. Is Pam still the director? Be safe.

I worked there as an EMT and EMT/I while I was going through MICT class in Junction City. 1999-2000 I think. I left there and went to work for Morris County after MICT. I don't remember last names but Pam and Deb stick out.

Hi there. My name is Cory Willis, and I am the Director/Coordinator for Cass-Putman Rescue Services NFP in Cuba, IL. I have been an EMT-B/D-M for about 10 years now, and would not trade it for the world. I would like to say that there is a great need for young EMT's out there. I am only 29, but i am considered an "old salt" on our department. My advice to you is to learn from every call. There will never be a "perfect call". Adapt, overcome, and improvise when needed. There will be times that you are going to have to do some things that go against your better judgement, but don't take risks that will harm you, your partner, or the patient. Remember, if you don't get there alive, what good are you going to do for everyone else......
