Does anyone know how Oklahoma City Fire hires? I am still a bit confused. We took the written test on Mar 1 and everyone who passed moved on to the CPAT, then background/polygraph, oral board, etc. But they just told me what I made on the test and that I could move on to the next phase. When I asked what my number was on the list based on my test score, I was told that they did not have that info. The CPAT is pass/fail but I'm not sure if the oral board is pass/fail or if that score is figured into your written score. Or is there a list established based soley on your test score and they just don't give that info out and everything else is simply pass/fail?
We had our CPAT orientation today and it looks pretty hard - definitely going to have to bust my butt the next 2 months to get ready for it! I forgot to ask about the hiring at the orientation so I went by a couple of stations and asked the guys but couldn't really get a definite answer on it. Anybody?
