Well, to make a long story short I have had some issues with my fire department but I think it's sorted now. Last night I was informed I must have Level 1 training, which is fine with me, but the classes start Feb. 4 and 5. They told me Feb. 24 and 25 and then we checked.
Saturday is "Hazmat Awareness" and Sunday is "Fire Prevention" and it sounds like it is classroom stuff.
Do you think telling me I need Level 1 is true or do you think that they want me to fail so I am gone??? I never heard talk of this before until last night. Right now one guy in the dept. has it...
I have been frustrated because when we get called to things I feel useless because I have received NO TRAINING from the dept. so I think this is great.
