Hey bro, I went two and a half weeks ago to drop off my application. First off, I'm not sure when they were making the cut-off, but right on the application form it says they are only accepting the first 3000 applicants. The test is on the 7th of January, and when I went, I had to show ID. I'm not sure how well it would work out having someone else drop it off for you...? Sorry if this doesn't help too much.
