I live in the Southwest and i just started as a Firefighter-Emt and this Lt. who i work under just has been promoted. The thing that bother's me is that he has been charged with a Felony a few years back. The charge was Felony Rape and now he is working at a Federal Army Base in the Southwest.
How can this happen? I had to undergo a 10 year backround check to get hired. A few of us brought it up with personnal office but he's family.It's mostly family and friends at the fire dept.
The Fire Dept is an Army base with 4 stations that border a major Army base and an AF base.
